Good morning and Happy Friday.
I can’t tell if this week has felt long or short, but I do know that I’m looking forward to this weekend.
This weekend is supposed to be the finale before the rain subsides mid-next week. And, ahead of all of the Halloween and Día de los Muertos festivities planned for next weekend, it feels like the perfect time to sit back, catch up on TV and recharge.
For those who want to spend their weekend out, there’s still a good amount of local events — in Cloverdale, the Cloverdale Performing Arts Center is in its closing weekend of The Beard of Avon; in Healdsburg, there’s going to be a Howl-o-Ween Parade on Saturday in the Plaza; in Windsor there’s still time to peruse the scarecrows on the Town Green; and in Sebastopol, the Sebastopol Center for the Arts is openings its newest exhibit, Art on the Edge of the Abyss.
What are your weekend plans?
Take care of yourselves and each other.
